STATEMENT OF POLICY AND AUTHORITY

The Policy of Still-Walter Tool and Manufacturing Company is to achieve and maintain High Standards of Quality for the services and products we provide in order to be responsive to customers requirements and needs.

Our Quality Assurance Manual describes the quality Assurance Program and Quality System which is used to fulfill this policy. All personnel with quality related responsibilities have the full authority and responsibility to implement this Quality Assurance Program, identify and correct conditions adverse to quality, and control further processing and/or shipment when deficiencies of personnel, procedures or equipment exist within their respective areas of responsibility. Procedures are an integral part of the implementation for this Quality Assurance Program and are basic to its success and full implementation.
