WELDER / WELDING OPERATORS

At Still-Walter, all Welders and Welding Operators are qualified and certified to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME Welding and Brazing Qualification, Code Section IX and/or applicable American Welding Society, AWS Welding Codes. Qualified welding procedures are approved, tested and audited to ASME and/or AWS Code applicable requirements.

WELD INSPECTION

All welds and welding operations are reviewed, monitored, and/or inspected by qualified and certified AWS QC-1 Welding Inspectors (CWI's) and Visual (VT) Inspectors qualified and certified in accordance with the American Society of Nondestructive Testing, ASNT-TC-1A requirements.

EXPERIENCE

From thick to thin materials made of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, exotic alloys, i.e., Inconel, Monel, Hastalloy, or Titanium, etc.; Still-Walter has fabricated, welded, and inspected many items and components to the satisfaction of our customers in the Nuclear, Aerospace, Automotive, Petro-Chemical, Forestry and Commercial Industries.
